Scott Adams - President
After graduating from Middlebury College in Vermont, Scott began his surety career with CIGNA Corp and now has over 32 years of experience in the surety insurance field including positions at Reliance Insurance Company and Amwest Surety Insurance Company prior to starting Avalon.
Scott is a member of numerous surety related trade associations as well as being a guest lecturer on surety at the New York College of Insurance; the NYU School of Construction Management and the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science. Scott is a past Member of the Government Relations and Emerging Contractor Committees at the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP).
